Trump to Rubio: “Get Out!”

Trump says “Rubio should get out” after not winning a Primary race yet again last night. Although he may be correct that Rubio can’t get enough delegates to win, at this point, we all know that the last thing Trump wants from Rubio is for him to quit. And don’t get excited, my Rubio fans, he’s not afraid Rubio could win something or take this nomination away from him. Trump is just egging Rubio into staying into the race so he can crush the field in Florida. If Rubio stays in, Trump wins Florida by 20 points.

The nomination is Trump’s. There’s not much anyone can do about it now. Cruz is the only one offering any real competition at this time, but he is so disliked by the establishment that if it’s between Trump and Cruz, Trump will get the lionshare of their support.
Although it’s of no surprise to many of us who have questioned the wisdom and effectiveness of those in the organized, establishment GOP in the past that they’ve lost control over this process to an outsider, it’s still a shock that Trump’s crushed people like Bush and Rubio in such easy fashion….

As Yogi Berra said, It ain’t over til it’s over. To annoint tRump the winner when less than half the states have voted is ridiculous. By my count, and using RCP’s chart http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/republican_delegate_count.html the earliest tRump can win is sometime in mid-late April. Between now and then Rubio and Kasich will both drop out and it will be a two-man race.

Those who see the danger of a man like Donald tRump getting the nomination will coalesce around Cruz.
